Annual Inspection Checklist

• Inspect burners and ignition system
• Inspect fuel gas train and safety components
• Test gas pressure switches and safety shutoff devices
• Inspect valves, actuators, and dampers
• Check thermocouples and temperature sensors
• Verify pressure transmitters and gauges
• Test safety interlocks and alarms
• Inspect PLC, HMI, and control system operation
• Inspect fans, motors, and VFDs
• Check RTO media for buildup or excessive pressure drop
• Inspect chambers and ductwork for buildup, leaks, or damage
• Review system operating temperatures and efficiency
• Review recurring alarms and operating issues
• Verify required calibration and inspection intervals
• Document findings and recommended repairs

When Was Your Last Inspection?

If you can't remember or it's been more than 12 months, it's probably time to take a closer look.
